Reflection and Celebration: A Night to Remember

Join the Thomas and Dorothy Leavey Center for the Study of Los Angeles (StudyLA) at Loyola Marymount University for an evening 20 years in the making: Meaningful reflection on 25 years since the Los Angeles Civil Unrest of 1992, and the honoring of the 20th anniversary of StudyLA, the premier independent public opinion research center in and for Los Angeles.

Yvonne Brathwaite Burke serves on numerous federal, state, and local boards. She retired from the LA County Board of Supervisors in 2008 after serving for 17 years.

Angela Oh

Angela Oh is an attorney, teacher, and public lecturer. She is is widely respected for her role as a spokesperson for the Korean American community post-1992.
